Christ is the light that never fades, the sun that never sets. Christ is the light which is the only source of life, hope and knowledge. Light as Christ, means purity and holiness which through Him, we can get to heaven. This world is in deep darkness because of sin. Men were blinded by Satan that they cannot see the sparkling glory of God. True knowledge and understanding is not in the world. Right became wrong. Evil became good. The standard of morality transgressed from the words of God. Jesus introduced Himself as the light of the world. He came and the world was illuminated with His glory. The blind regained their sight, the lost found their way to life and the poor and the oppressed had hopes. Christ saved us from darkness. Before, we groped in the dark toward our own destruction and death. We were transferred from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of Christ. Now we are the light. Christ’s command is, “Be the light of the world”. Let us shine in the world. Show them the way to life in the kingdom of Christ. Light up the world. One soul at a time, bring them to Christ. Share what we have, share Christ!
