Wait with hope for the LORD. Be strong, and let your heart be courageous. Yes, wait with hope for the LORD. (Psalms 27:14 GW)
The holy Bible cited many events when people would feel that God is late when in fact, He is always on time. For example, on the way out of Egypt, the Israelites were trapped between the horses and chariots of Egypt that went after them at the Red Sea. They thought they were in absolute danger, but little did they know that it was the perfect moment for them to witness the power of God. God divided the sea so the people of Israel could pass safely and escape from Pharaoh’s soldiers. There are instances in our life when we feel hopeless. Although, we know clearly in our hearts that God will never forsake us, we can’t help to doubt Him sometimes. Therefore, let us always remember that whenever we have our backs against the wall, it is not the time to doubt God but rather, it is the time to prepare ourselves to witness how God will demonstrate His power and miracles. Let us never get tired of waiting. After all, patience is a virtue.
