Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. (Mark 10:43-44 NIV)

Serve one another in love. Carry each other’s burden so that all may be established in faith. Encourage, comfort and pray for one another. If we love each other as Christ instructed us, then we should serve one another. In the case of the Ministers, we must not be lords over God’s people. Instead, we must care for them as Shepherds. We must faithfully share the Gospel but also our life and our soul. To serve as a Minister of God is most fulfilling and rewarding. We gain the respect and most especially the love of those whom we serve. God is pleased if we serve humbly. He will reward us when He comes. The sweetest words we can hear is: “Come my faithful servant, you have been faithful in few things, rule over great things. Enter into the joy of the Lord.”
