Gold Dust No. 153

Give to everyone who comes with a request, and if a man takes away your property, make no attempt to get it back again. (Luke 6:30 BBE)

Give freely to everyone who asks if it is in the power of our hands to give. Be good stewards of God’s blessings by sharing them to others. It is better to give than to receive. Also, in the future, we may be the ones needing. If we give we shall also be given surely by God. If someone did us wrong, robbed us or hurt us, do not take revenge in any way. Instead, bless them, pray for them and if possible do good to them. It is our Christian duty to love even our enemies. Forgive and forget. “Vengeance is mine,” says the Lord. Do not play God, rather be a good disciple of Christ.
