King Solomon says in His proverbs, “My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.” “Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.” Brethren, we can gain wisdom from Christ our Lord. Let us be faithful disciples of Christ. Learn by listening to His words of truth, and by doing it. If we do not live by His teachings, we remain to be fools just like the world deceived by Satan. Practice what we have learned from our Lord. One may be said to be educated but if he does not live what he knows, he is still a fool. To be wise is to do what he has learned. Wisdom is the knowledge and understanding that comes from our Teacher, the Lord Jesus Christ.
