Abba, Father, God Most High, You are the light who guided us out of the darkness. Your love urged us to turn away from our former lives and walk in the newness of life You gave us. As we walk along the path You set for us, we also shine like You. As we are transformed from glory to glory, our light shines brighter. Father, we pray to please help us living a righteous life. The righteousness other people witness from us is like a light showing them the right path to take. Help us always uphold the holiness You taught us, even if the situation compels us to do otherwise. Also, please help us speak and preach Your truth to whoever we may encounter. May the words we preach reflect in our way of life. May we be vessels of Your glory as we live. May the light You sowed in us grow into a marvelous light like Yours, so all people may see us as the bridge to come to You. We may die upholding this will of Yours, but we know our works and sacrifices for the sake of Your honor will cement our names in Your Book of Life as our passes to receive Your promise of eternal life. We pray all these and believe to receive, in Your name Christ Jesus, our God and King. Amen.
