Therefore, make it your habit to confess your sins to one another and to pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. (James 5:16 ISV)
We were taught by the Lord Christ Jesus to love one another just as how He loves us. He accepted us for who we are. He loved us despite of our filthiness. The same way, we should learn to accept our brothers and sisters in faith no matter what they have done in the past. All of us are sinners. No one has a clean slate. So when we learn of our brother or sister’s sins, it is not for us to judge them but for us to pray to the Most High God to have mercy on them, to help them repent, to forgive them, and to help them make up for their shortcomings. We need each other as brothers and sisters. Let us pray for one another to be able to completely leave our worldly lives and be able to continue to strive for the perfection of holiness our Father has set us to achieve. Let us say a prayer for a brother or sister everyday.
