The LORD’s people may suffer a lot, but he will always bring them safely through. (Psalms 34:19 CEV)
God is with us through thick and thin. We cannot find a place on earth where there are no trials and difficulties. Everyone will have to go through troubles in life in one way or another, in differing degrees and in varied circumstances. Some people choose to accept and resign in their unfortunate situations. They do not want to go on. They have no hope of deliverance. They suffer emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Others commit suicide to end their sufferings. It is different with the Children of God. We have God on our side. God is greater than Satan who gives us troubles and wants us to fail and be separated from our Father God. We face the problems in life with courage, wisdom and faith that we can overcome any and all situations we are in. We are bigger than the problems we face because of our confidence in Christ who has overcome all sorts of trials even death. We have positive attitudes towards sufferings. We know that these will all come to pass. When there is a storm, we focus on Christ for salvation. We make sure that we stand on solid ground so that after the storm we are still standing. God permits us to suffer to strengthen us until we are perfected in our faith, hope and love for Him. Is it not true that after every trial you become a better person, a wiser and stronger Christian?
