For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end. (Hebrews 3:14 NKJV)
Our faith is the beginning of our confidence in our Lord God Jesus Christ. We were new born babies when we were baptized in His name through the Most Holy Church. Since then, we were nourished by His words, and have experienced the power of His Holy Spirit, love and deliverance. He after all, dwells in us. We actually partake everything of Him including His holiness, truthfulness, joy peace and all virtues pertaining to His godly character. We share in His glory and are fellows in His Kingdom in the everlasting life. Without faith, we cannot partake of our Lord Christ. We will not have the privilege of being partakers of His body and of His blood. This is our communion with Him. We live His life. We do His works, we suffer with Him and we die with Him. Brethren, hold on to your faith firmly. Our faith stands on a firm foundation, the rock who is Christ. Let our faith grow and increase to become a Most Holy Faith. If we persevere to the end, we shall reign with Him for 1000 years on earth and glory with Him in the New Jerusalem in Heaven. Praise the Lord.
