But let him who glories glory in this,
That he understands and knows Me,
That I am the Lord, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth.
For in these I delight,” says the Lord. (Jeremiah 9:24 NKJV)
At the end time, Prophet Daniel prophesied many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall increase. Truly, this is happening in our days. Knowledge is advancing at a rapid pace. When I was in college, not too long ago, the computer we had in the university was as big as a bungalow house. Now, computers can be as small as the size of a wristwatch. Knowledge is power so that men want to gain knowledge in different fields – in science, technology, etc. However, they have forgotten the most important knowledge: to understand and know God, the All-knowing and Most High God. We, who are considered by the world as foolish and weak, were blessed to know Him. What we need to do is to humbly prove it, not by head-knowledge but through the way we apply the knowledge we have and live as true Christians. There are three remarkable attributes that serve as evidence that we know God. All of these were stated in the Epistle of John. “When we obey God, we are sure that we know him.” “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.” “We are of God. He who knows God hears us.” Obey God, love one another, and be submissive to His appointed Church Administration. Let the world know the glorious God we serve and fear with our whole soul, whole mind, and whole strength.
