I rejoice at Your word
As one who finds great treasure. (Psalms 119:162 NKJV)

Our greatest treasure is what we value most. It is what we give more attention to. To many, they may be properties of high monetary value. It can also be beauty, skill, talent, or education. It is what gives them happiness, confidence, and security. It is not bad to have these things, but do these things provide happiness, confidence, and security for a lifetime? Can we expect to hold on to these as long as we want to? The Holy Bible tells us not to fix our hope on the things which will soon be gone. The Words of our Most High God are the most important treasure we are to keep dearly in the treasure chest of our hearts. However, do not be mistaken by keeping them like we are securing them in a safety vault. Touching and staring on it but doing nothing about it is not the right way to treasure God’s words. Act like you found a great treasure. Gather your friends and neighbors for a great celebration to share with them the good fortune you found. It is our concern to share the treasure of the Good News of the Kingdom of God. When advancing the Kingdom of God on earth becomes our major concern, He promises to provide us with all the other things, overflowing and abounding.
