But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father has given me commandment, even so I do… (John 14:31 MKJV)

I love my Father because He loves me. He works hard. He never fails to provide my needs. He makes me happy. He is my best friend. He has in mind the best for me. He is a genius, a strong man, generous, clever, of good humor, unselfish, godly, light-hearted, patient, faithful, etc. I wish I could tell the whole world how much I love my father! Because I love him, I will do what he wants me do! You see, a father is someone we look up to no matter how tall we become. A father is a son’s first hero and a daughter’s first love. Even if we know our father is not that perfect, his imperfections are compensated by the fact that he does his best for our benefit. In a greater extent, our Heavenly Father, who is perfect, desires the best for us. Whatever we may ask, we shall receive from Him if we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight. Keeping and obeying our Heavenly Father’s commandments are our shout of joy that the world and the heavens shall hear – proving our great love for Him.
