Sow for yourselves righteousness;
Reap in mercy;
Break up your fallow ground,
For it is time to seek the Lord,
Till He comes and rains righteousness on you. (Hosea 10:12 NKJV)

If we habitually eat junk foods, unhealthy diet or synthetic supplements, don’t wonder when our body collects unwanted fat, unpleasant shape and undesirable health. It will surely damage our well-being and how our bodies work. We heard the saying, “garbage in, garbage out.” In the like manner, we should pay special attention on how we feed our soul. What the people consider now as acceptable, usual and reasonable are extremely far from the pure doctrine of our God. We are what we eat. Keep away from spiritual junk food. They are poor in nutritional value and with dangerous ingredients. Ill-tempered, envy, quarrels, selfish ambition and things like these when consumed on a regular basis will damage our spiritual being. The best ever and only food that will lead us to and will maintain our finest spiritual health is the Words of our God! There is no limit, there is no over-eating. Instead, the more we crave for spiritual foods, the more focus we are to God’s Words, the healthier and stronger believers we become. It is only us who sets the limit when it becomes our second or least priority. Today is Agape day. It is the Lord’s Day. Our Mother Church has prepared sumptuous food. They love to see us all together seated in the Lord’s Table. Let us enjoy the food and the fellowship of our Lord, our Church and the company of each of us ministering to one another in the spirit of Agape.
