And make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed. (Hebrews 12:13 NKJV)

The highway of holiness is not a road well-traveled. For others, it is a boring journey; a dry and joyless trip. They prefer to walk in the streets of sin – in the dark alley of a crooked life where the eyes of many are nailed to the glitters of deceitful and glamorous pleasures of the earthly life. The highway of holiness is not known to many, but what is wonderful in the journey of those who prefer to travel in the road of holiness is that God will surely be with them. They will enjoy God’s company. His presence will be with them. He will provide all their needs even if the journey seems so long. God will instruct, direct, and guide them until they reach the destination – their homeward bound. Our destiny is the City that God has designed and built, the City of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, for us to enjoy eternal life. Be encouraged brethren. Let us travel together. Hand in hand. God will always lead us in a triumphant procession. Endure to the end, reach the finish line, and get the crown of life.
