By humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches and honor and life. (Proverbs 22:4 NKJV)

How big is God? How powerful is He? How great is His love? How immense is His understanding? How vast is His wisdom and knowledge? We cannot imagine how wonderful is God, the Almighty. He created the Heavens and the earth. Astronomers estimated 100 billion stars in our galaxy. If you could count one star in a second, it will take you 3,171 years. Astronomers estimated that there are 200 billion galaxies! It is equivalent to twenty sextillion (6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) stars! It will take us 634, 200 years to count all of them. The Bible says, “Heavens are His Throne and the earth is His foot stool.” Now, can you imagine how small we are? We are only a speck of dust compared to His vast state. There is no reason we cannot humble ourselves before Him. Humility before Him is to fear Him with reverential fear. Our reverential fear is proven before Him if we sincerely obey His commandments. Though the Lord is high above all, He cares for the humble and those who fear Him. Riches, honor, and life are precedent to meekness and fear of the Lord. He will reward us these great blessings while we walk with Him with fear – here in this life and the life to come. Let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.
