For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end. (Hebrews 3:14 NKJV)

Christ our Lord and Savior is the lighthouse –immovable and steadfast, that can weather the storms and difficulties of life which He exemplified until His death on the cross. He assumed the character of the son – obedient to the Father to the end. We are sailing on the sea of life. There are times when the waves are high, the winds are strong, and dark clouds cover the sun in our lives. There are also times when we sail with the beautiful sunlight above our heads, with a gentle breeze touching us, and the sound of the calm ripples in our lives we enjoy. In both situations, we should not forget our Lord, our lighthouse, who guides us and leads us to the place He intends us to be. We should also be immovable and steadfast in our faith in Him, whether the journey is calm or stormy. Let us maintain our trust in Him as when we first heard His call. He eased us of our burden, strengthened us in hope, and cared for us when we were lost. He will do the same and even more. He will carry us through thick and thin. He gave His life for us; He gave all of himself. We are sure that His spirit will live in us. His life will be manifested in our lives and the glory He has will be given to us in heaven. Yes, you and I have that privilege of being partakers of His Spirit and glory.
