Do not fret because of evildoers,
Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.
For they shall soon be cut down like the grass,
And wither as the green herb. (Psalm 37:1-2 NKJV)

There are many people who would think it is foolish to serve God because what would they get if they obey Him? Why should they be sad if they have done something against His will? Moreover, they can see other people who are effortlessly and fearlessly defying God. These people may seem happy with their life because they can do whatever they want. In addition to that, these people may seem more successful than those who faithfully follow God. Worse is people think that whenever they do what they want to put God to the test, they seem to always get away with it unpunished. My dear brethren, do not be confused. Do not ever think the happiness evildoers feel is real. Real happiness lasts. We know the happiness evildoers have will only last until they plunge into their wickedness. Therefore, what they have is not real happiness. Beloved brethren, we may be experiencing trials and difficulties at this present moment while we are upholding our heavenly calling. But do not ever think that we will end up unrewarded. All the LIGHT sufferings we are experiencing put on more weight on the glory we will receive at the end of our fight. So, never envy those who seem to enjoy life doing their carnal desire; rather, make them envy us – we who know how to have a genuine smile despite the challenges we face. What awaits us is the happiness that will never fade
