As the Holy Bible says,

“But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God – having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.” (2Ti 3:1-5 NIV)

Our generation has been witnesses to the emergence of a culture of violence in the world. We see all around us in so many times a lot of unimaginable crimes and violence. Indeed, in these last days, the love of most people has grown very cold.

By the grace of the God of Love, we – the citizens of the Most Holy Nation have been forewarned about how difficult and dangerous the last days would be. As Christians, we   are to be different from the unbelievers who live and manifest the culture of violence during the terrible times in the last days. We should keep away from such influences or we shall be like them and be sinners. (Pro. 22:25). We should love one another as we love ourselves. We should love even those who sin against us. Christ, our Lord, exemplified the greatest love – the Agape kind of love, when He died to save us from the penalty of our sins. He gave His life for us sinners (Joh 15:13, Rom 5:8). Blessed as true Disciples of Christ (Joh 13:35), we should live the CULTURE of LOVE and not the culture of violence. In the same way that the Most Holy Church in the early days “turned the world upside down” (Act 17:6), we should live a lifestyle and culture of charity, a culture of love.

Saints, the world is waiting for us to be revealed in these last days. They are waiting for us to liberate them from the bondage of sins and to bring them to a glorious freedom that we now have (Rom 8:19-22). We are called to be sons and daughters of the Most High God not only to be saved but to be blessings for others as well. We are instruments to do His work of saving the sinners and to proclaim His glory to the whole world (1 Pet 2:9-10 The Message). Let us demonstrate and reveal our Agape kind of love, let us uphold the CULTURE OF LOVE. Let us bestow and stage to the world that God is love!

GOD BLESS US ALL.
