But we want each of you to continue to show this same diligence to the very end, in order to give full assurance to your hope. (Hebrews 6:11 ISV)
We started out doing godly works with great zeal upon receiving the Faith. We had high hopes that God, whom we serve, takes great pleasure in our obedience to Him. We had encountered difficulties along the path of righteousness but we were able to overcome. With the help of our spiritual leaders, who care and who feed us with the words of God and with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, we grow spiritually as children of God. We realize that we need to be perfectly like Jesus. We need to continuously grow in the knowledge of Him which will become the basis of our faith. As a result, we will be able to walk, talk, and live like Jesus Christ did. If we are perfect in love, faith, and hope – we are assured of our share in the glory of God.
