Power Point No. 365

  • December 31, 2018

“Amen! Praise, glory, wisdom, thanks, honor, power, and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen!” (Revelations 7:12 CEV)

Sarah, Abraham’s wife, was a barren woman. For an Israelite, it was a shame not to bear a child. She saw herself as worthless. She felt so low until God gave her a promise. Her name Sarai was change to Sarah which means Princess. She was called with a new name. It sank in her heart and mind. “I am a Princess, somebody young and attractive.” At 90, she was pregnant. After a year, she carries her child. Brethren, the year is closing. It will not bear fruit anymore. But there is a new year opening, the Year of Increase. God is making us more fertile. We shall bear fruits in His name. We are given new names, Beulah and Hepzibah. Christ is the Church’s husband and He shall delight in us. We shall receive the blessings of tomorrow. They are all for our taking. But we have to go through labor pains just as one who delivers a baby. We have to love God more, worship Him more, and serve Him more. Then, He shall increase us more than what we ask and think. He shall prosper us in body and spirit. He shall give us opportunities to bring new converts to Christ. Beloved, God said, “You are a horn and not the tail.” Live by what God said. Happy New Year, the blessings of the Year of Increase be with you. I AGAPE YOU.
