Since the day we heard about this, we have not stopped praying for you and asking that you may be filled with the full knowledge of God’s will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. (Colossians 1:9 ISV)
As in the Apostle’s days, the converts after receiving the gospel exhibited love for one another and unity of spirit, purpose, and faith. Today, new converts show their faith and their commitment by bringing new souls to the fold. They walk the walk and talk the talk. For this reason, the Church Leaders pray continuously and fervently so that they may increase in the knowledge of God. With the increase in the knowledge of the Most High God, they can get hold of His holiness: resulting to a higher spiritual growth and multiplication, individually and for the Church as a whole. Finally, we Christians, new and old, will achieve the desired level of spirituality, offering ourselves as living sacrifices to God, which is our reasonable service, acceptable and pleasing to God.
