Abba, God our Father, You are the Lord we dedicated our lives to serve. Today is the last day of the year. Looking back, we can clearly see how You blessed us with love and protection throughout the year. Many things happened, which may keep us from worshipping You. Yet, You never failed to provide us ways to offer You praises and glorification. This year was full of hardships, but You helped us in all situations and never left us. You were with us before, during, and after we overcome every trial. Likewise, You were with us in all our struggles to win until we become successful in what we do. Tomorrow is the start of a new year. May it be an opportunity to start anew. May we find success in things we failed in the past and happiness despite the sorrows of yesterday. We live in righteousness despite the temptations the enemy sets. Father, please be with us, guide us like how You did before. We believe we will face the next year with You and, once again, You will get us through it with happiness and joy. Please continue protecting us from all danger, harm, and sickness. Please lift us up whenever we are down. Please help us not to dwell on our failures but see all opportunities to succeed, especially in performing our ministries. We will face the new year full of hope and faith. We believe You have equipped us with everything we need to triumph over everything that will stand on our way. Thank You, our God and Savior. Amen.
