Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent. (Revelation 2:5 NKJV)
Abba, the Most High God, our Father so full of understanding and compassion, from the complicated darkness of sin, You have taken us and brough us to the wondreous light of Your kingdom. From being full of filth, You have cleansed and sanctified us. From being slaves of sin, You have nurtured us as beloved children. Despite the great goodness You let us experienced, there are still times our weaknesses and wordly desires overcome us. So, instead of us calmly serving You, we stumble and fall due to our transgressions. Oh, our God, if this happens to us, we fully express our repentance. May You help us rise and reciprocate with faithful love—the incomparable love You let us experience. Please do not remove Your light from our path, so we will not continue losing our way. May You help us find the way back to the path of righteousness, which we must walk on to not receive the bitter punishment of those who will not be faithful before You. We humbly ask for all of these and fully hope we will accept Your forgiveness and mercy, as You are our merciful God, Chirst Jesus. Amen.
