Love God with your whole heart, mind, body and soul. It is the first and greatest commandment. It is a command, not because He is not lovable. Of course He is, with His glorious beauty and splendor of His holiness and the manifold attributes of His Godly character. As part of His love, He wants us to experience the full substance of true joy and happiness which we cannot find in this world but from God alone. When we love God, we have divine satisfaction that lasts eternally. This is priceless. This alone is wealth of those who love God. Likewise, God blesses those who love Him. He saves those who love Him and whom He truly loves. He provides them with spiritual and material blessings. To love God is to honor Him with our obedience and works of service through worship and praise. The real riches we shall have is our good works which lasts forever through eternity.
