Gold Dust No. 188

Servants are to be under the authority of their masters, pleasing them in all things, without argument; not taking what is not theirs, but giving clear signs of their good faith, in all things doing credit to the teaching of God our Saviour (Titus 2:9-10 BBE)

Our Christian Creed, “I am a Christian”, when faithfully done, will bring success not only in our spiritual endeavor but also in our pursuit for physical and material success. It reminds us of true Christian virtues such us, perseverance, dedication, honesty, sincerity, generosity, gratefulness, loyalty, respect to higher authorities and the like. Christians should adorn the doctrines of Christ by living them, in Church with our brethren, at home with our family and neighbors, at work with our co-employees and superiors, and at school with classmates and friends. In all things, our aim is to please God, our Lord and Master. It must also be with our superiors and employers. If you please them with your good works, you will gain their favor and repay you. If not, it is the Lord who will surely reward you. Besides, those around you shall see your good works. They will appreciate you and in turn may praise God. Be the light of the world so that men may find the way to return to God through your good works.
