A generous person will be made rich, and whoever satisfies others will himself be satisfied. (Proverbs 11:25 GW)
God is generous. He gives and forgives. He does these because He is love. God gave His life to redeem us and forgive all of our sins. God takes pleasure in giving and forgiving. He is happy in loving and caring. We should do the same by giving generously to those who are in need, caring for each other as real brothers and sisters, and loving each other just as God loves us. He gave all for each of us to teach us to give to a brother/sister in need. Forgive generously also. God forgave and forgot our sins. Do the same to each other. There is no big or small sin that we cannot forgive nor forget. Do it out of love. Remember, the more you give, the more you are given. The more you forgive, the more you are forgiven. God supplies the seed and water that we may plant, and so that God may grow and multiply it for us to enjoy the fruits and share them. Stop giving, stop sharing and the supply stops. What seed are you planting now? Expect to reap its fruits. Be rich in good works and reap the fruits godliness you will enjoy for the rest of your life.
