Who give up the way of righteousness, to go by dark roads. (Proverbs. 2:13 BBE)
We have been transferred from darkness to light, from the kingdom of Satan to the Kingdom of God, through the sacrifices made by Him when He revealed Himself as a man. We are now the children of light, created for good works and holiness. We are to walk Godward or heavenward, not to be saved, for we are already saved, but because our soul wants to walk to honor God and consequently find spiritual and lasting satisfaction and joy in doing so. We should not walk in the path of the sinners, which leads to destruction. Do not be deceived by the happiness offered by this world for they are all temporary, nor by the persuasive false doctrines which are different from what we have already received. Keep your focus in walking the most holy way. Do not turn to the right or to the left. Walk by faith and not by sight.
