Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days. (Daniel 6:10 NKJV)

It cannot be helped. The perilous time the Bible talks about is bound to come, and it is coming soon. Governments in different places are passing laws legalizing acts that are abominable to God. Possibly, many of these laws have provisions that negatively affect Christian activities. The time might come soon when we may be penalized for upholding our faith. When these times come, there is only one thing we can do – pray. Since these things are bound to happen, we cannot do anything to stop them, but we can ask God to give us sufficient faith, hope, love, and strength to endure all the sufferings and tribulations these things may bring. Let us pray for our protection. Pray that God may keep us from all the dangers we might face in every day. Let us pray that we may be able to carry on with our service to Him despite all the obstacles we encounter. If we have God in everything we do, there is nothing that can stop us from doing the things that give glory upon His name.
