Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16 NKJV)

All of us have sinned and fell short of the glory of God. Our sins are roadblocks between us and our God, but that was then. Our Lord Jesus Christ tore down the barrier which kept us apart from Him. With the Covenant of Love promised to Abraham and His seeds, we are now in fellowship with the Lord. His own flesh and blood put an end to the bitterness between God and us sinners, to create peace through His body, the Most Holy Church. This is what God wants from us: an everlasting and intimate relationship between Him and us. God chose us. We are now His beloved children. He is our Abba Father. We now have full access to His Agape Love, mercy, and forgiveness. We can always come confidently to Him. He will be delighted when we spend time with Him – devotedly worshipping Him; praying and hearing His soft voice talking to us in our hearts. In times of distress, do not turn back; do not loose heart or be weakened. He is very much willing to help us. He will do it not because He is able to do it but because He promised to help us in the best and perfect time we need Him. His main reason is this: He loves us.
