Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. (1 Timothy 4:15 NIV)
Christians should seek counseling, guidance, and spiritual strength from our Elders and Ministers. Hence, all Church Leaders were instructed by the Overall Church Administration to devote themselves to tend and feed the flock of the Lord. To do this, they need to be persevering in the ministry entrusted to them. The spiritual needs of brethren is not just their liability – it is their sole responsibility. They were appointed by God in the way He decided is best and fit concerning the perfecting and the full-equipping of the Saints. God made them Leaders of the Most Holy Church for a serious and honorable obligation, wherefore they should be loyal and excellent in administering as Pastors of the Church. Their integrity in the authority entrusted to them is revealed by the character of their leadership through the knowledge, methodology, and spirit they take from the Over-all Church Administration of the Most Holy Church. As such, they not only share the Gospel to the brethren but also their lives because they are so dear to them.
