Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! (1 Corinthians 9:16 NIV)
Like Paul, we were chosen by God to preach the Gospel for the salvation of men. It is His sovereign will to give us this great privilege and honor, to be Ambassadors of Christ in the world. Our message is divine. It brings good news of deliverance of the sinning soul – oppressed, hurt, and enslaved by Satan. We are also Stewards of the knowledge of the glorious riches of Christ in heaven. We cannot but tell the glory of our Lord who deeply cares for all who are created after His own image. He cannot let us down. He came to this world and manifested Himself as a man to save us. He did not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is saving now and will save tomorrow through us. We are commissioned to preach the Gospel, baptize, and make disciples of all men in all nations for His glory.
