We love our mothers so much because we witness their hard work and sacrifices to take care of us and provide our needs. Our mothers seem to never get weary, but in fact, they are exhausted every day. They love us so much that they do not bother to rest just to make sure we are fine and have everything we need. The same way, the Most Holy Church is taking care of our spiritual needs. The Most Holy Church is our Spiritual Mother. She is the heavenly Jerusalem. She provides our spiritual food by sharing us the teachings of God, our Father. She makes sure that only the best spiritual foods are fed to us. She is our safe haven. Whenever we get weary due to the hardships faced every day, we will come to Her and confess to Her our burdens. She will comfort, encourage, and give us strength so that we may face each and every trial with confidence. Let us love our Spiritual Mother. Let us love the Most Holy Church. Never leave Her; stay in the Church.
