but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end. (Hebrews 3:6 NKJV)
The Most Holy Church of God in Christ Jesus is the house of God that He built Himself. The house is us whom God called to be part of it. In this household, there is only one head who is none other than the one and only God – the Lord Christ Jesus. As part of His household, we should abide by His law: to live in holiness. Just as Christ spent His time here on earth when He manifested Himself in the flesh, we should spend our whole lives in giving glory to our Creator by our good works. We are so blessed because Jesus Christ, our Father, set a perfect example for us to live by. He demonstrated how we should talk, think, behave, and act in all kinds of circumstances. So, we will be able to keep our honor as the children of God. That is why wherever we go, I urge each and every of the brethren to demonstrate the holiness God showed us, so we may show everyone how it is to live as a matured Christian, living and rejoicing to be part of the household of God.
