And he said to them, “Look at me and do likewise; watch, and when I come to the edge of the camp you shall do as I do: When I blow the trumpet, I and all who are with me, then you also blow the trumpets on every side of the whole camp, and say, ‘The sword of the Lord and of Gideon!’ (Judges 7:17-18 NKJV)
We are commanded to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to observe what God has told us to do. We cannot teach what we do not know. We should strive to dedicate ourselves to learn God’s instructions, and do them to the best of our abilities. By living out the words of God, we can become teachers to our new born brothers and sisters in Christ. Try this teaching method, and apply them in our everyday lives. I DO. / I DO, YOU WATCH. / WE DO. / YOU DO, I WATCH. / YOU DO. It is important that as disciples of Christ, we are to be transformed from the old life to a new life. We have to renew our mind and heart, and live a holy life. Our words cannot be heard by the world if they do not see the beauty of holiness in us. Let us follow our leaders in propagating our faith. Let us conquer the world with God’s Sword, His words. God is with us. NOW, in perfect unity, blow your trumpets! Do your share.
