Let Us Pray No. 67

  • March 8, 2017

“But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:24

Abba, our Father in heaven. As we continue our present race, we ask you to rekindle our spirit so that each of us could run strong and finish well to the end of our goal.  Thank you for counting us worthy of double honor through the calling we have received from you. Lord, empower us to exceed triumphantly against any trials, obstacles and temptations associated in fulfilling our purpose of life. Create in us a peaceful and gentle spirit to fight a good fight of faith and grant us the courage to face and not be deterred by any risk which may challenge our love and devotion in the performance of our ministries.  Instead, give us the wisdom and knowledge that the only danger is when we neglect the demand of our sworn duties. On this day oh Lord, we ask you to bless your appointed Church Administration, the Elders and Ministers and all of the offices you dedicated for the edification and for the perfection of your chosen people. Amen.
