Abba, our Father in heaven, we bow our heads in prayer as we come to you today in unity of spirit to offer our thanksgiving and praises for the wonderful works you have done in our lives. We worship you inspirit and in truth. I all humility, we ask you to bless us with spiritual blessings that our may soul be delivered from sins, from the burden of uncertainties and from the desires of the flesh which only lead us to failures, loneliness and destruction not only of our physical self but of our spiritual being. We pray also for the welfare of our brethren who are in pain due to broken hearts, of sickness, and of hardships. Give them the assurance of your love by helping them ease their burdens, comfort them with your love and strengthen them with your promises. Lord, give them new lease on life and opportunities to serve even more. We pray for those who are now receiving your words through the preaching of your Gospel. Enlighten their minds and plant the seed of faith in their hearts that they may come to you in repentance to receive baptism in your church and become your disciple and be with us in worshiping and serving you as our only true and living God. In your name we pray. Amen.
