Let Us Pray No. 132

  • May 12, 2017

“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit.” Titus 3:5

Abba, Our merciful and loving Father, your compassion is as high as the heavens, immeasurable and infinite. From being a crooked generation, you made us your chosen generation. From the darkest place of our empty souls, you called us out into your marvelous light. Our shame and disgrace were ended. You covered our nakedness and restored our ruined life. You clothed us with garments of salvation and covered us with robe of righteousness. You adorned our souls more beautifully than the jewelries worn by a bride. We are greatly and truly blessed by the amazing grace of saving our souls. You already proved your love for us by giving us yourself. What else can we ask that you will not give for our goodness? What can we give you in return as a token of our gratitude? There is nothing , oh, Lord except for us to live in holiness! In this regard, Lord, please pour your Holy Spirit in us. Let your Spirit fill our hearts that we may live as you lived. Let your mind of humility, obedience and faithfulness be our mind, your loving heart be our heart and your footsteps be our walk that will lead us towards your promises here on earth and in heaven. Amen.
