Abba, our dearest Father, You created the first man and gave him the woman that he may not be lonely. She was created not from the dust of the earth, as when man was created, but from his flesh and bone. She was part of the man himself with the same spirit. They are one in body and spirit. They live together with the bond of love. The two became one living, loving and caring for each other. Lord, we thank you for the blessing of family and friends. You make us happy and fulfilled by giving them to us. We find strength and purpose in them. They give out the best in us. Lord, may we be able to do our part in their lives. May we be part of their success and happiness in life. More importantly, Lord, may we be able to lead them in the right path of righteousness towards true and eternal happiness and blessings. As we live together in this life, may we live together in the next life in the new heaven and new earth. Amen.
