If any of you need wisdom, you should ask God, and it will be given to you. God is generous and won’t correct you for asking. (James 1:5 CEV)
Ask and you shall be given. God can give us anything we pray for. Solomon, King of Israel, asked God to give Him wisdom. He did not ask for any material wealth or power. God granted Him His prayer and Solomon became known for His wisdom. Wisdom is the knowledge and understanding of things. Wisdom itself is wealth and power. Let us ask God to give us wisdom, especially to discern right from wrong. With wisdom, Satan cannot deceive us. Instead, we can destroy Satan’s lies in the world. As Children of God, we are the light of the world. The truth shall shine in this darkened world. With wisdom, let us crush Satan under our feet.
