Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him. (Isaiah 64:4 NIV)
There is only one true living God. He is the Creator of the whole universe. He is the Most High God whose power and wisdom is infinite. He revealed Himself as full of mercy and loving kindness. His manifold attributes are perfect just like the rainbow with different colors, so that when they come together, an incomparable beauty is projected. The glorious beauty of God is His holiness. There is no one like Him. The so called gods are not true gods. They are created and never creators. Ancient Israel knew only one God. But when Jesus came and proved He is God incarnate, they did not accept Him. They put Him to death for the crime of blasphemy. God will not give anyone His glory. He will not create another god besides Him. Jesus Christ is not another true God. He is the only Most High God who came in the flesh to save sinners from Satan. He himself said “I and the Father are one.” Jesus Christ our Lord and savior will return to give us the crown of life. Let us wait for Him faithfully.
