Only I am the LORD! There are no other gods. I have made you strong, though you don’t know me. (Isaiah 45:5 CEV)
God is eternal. His holiness is infinite. His glory is everlasting. We know of God in as far as He reveals Himself to us. We do not fully know God. But surely, He revealed Himself as the only true living God. There are no other gods like the Almighty God. Other gods are not gods at all. They are gods of stones, woods, metals, etc. They are man-made. They have no power by themselves. They cannot perform anything potent. They do not live. Thus, we should not worship them nor treat them as God. There is only one true and living God, our Lord Jesus Christ. We should worship Him in spirit and in truth. We should serve Him as our God for as long as we live.
