Abba, the Holy One, Your holiness is unequalled and incomparable. We fell short of your glory due to our ignorance and transgressions. But with the ampleness of your Agape love, you have given us the gift of perfect freedom. You sacrificed yourself in exchange to our deliverance. You showed and paved the way for us to love you back. Yes, oh God, the love you implanted in our hearts led us to love you and trust you. Today, Lord, we trustfully hand over to you everything in our lives. Whatever we desire to choose and do, if it is not according to your will, kindly let us know by giving us the spirit of discernment. Likewise, speak to us your loving words and counsels, through your servant leaders. We will listen and we will obey you fully because we love you above all else in this world. The world may hardly give us favor but it is you who won’t forsake us in times of despair, dangers and troubles. We know you are just around us and on guard if the weight is getting heavier and the climb is getting stiffer. In return, Father, we will prove our loyalty to you. We will give you our best in performing our Christian duties. We will hold on to you and to your promises until the day is over, until tomorrow and to the last beat of our hearts. Amen.
