“The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD.” Lamentations 3:25-26
Abba, Father God. Thank you that we never miss the opportunity to see the light of another new day. We take it as a cue that we still have to go on in pursuing our life’s mission especially our journey in perfecting the holiness. I am here oh Lord. I seek you in my prayer. I seek you in your dwelling place. I seek you in your great teachings and commandments. I am always seeing how blessed I am and I know I don’t have the right to complain if at times I am passing through a hard way to defeat all my plights inward and outward. I submit myself at your will Father. I fully believe that your compassionate hands are always at work to mold me as perfect and faithful believer. Let me be in serenity of the mind and heart towards my present afflictions by having confidence and trust in you. Help me lay the foundation of my faith in you oh God thus I may be able to focus my hope for the things unseen.
Abba, let me draw my strength from you each day. No matter how difficult the day I am about to struggle I am in good faith that everything will end well. And looking afar for your return on earth, we know it is nearer than we began to believe thus we shall enjoy perfect happiness and glory in eternal salvation. It’s worth the waiting oh Lord. Amen.
