Let Us Pray No. 41

  • February 10, 2017

“He will yet fill your mouth with laughing, and your lips with rejoicing.” Job 8:21

Abba, great Father, loving God. Thank you for seeking me and redirecting me in your path. I was lost and gone astray away from your counsels and instructions. Thank you for fixing and correcting me. It had made me realized that your punishment is leading me in your perfect way and letting me feel how dear I am to you. Forgive me Father if I look into myself and to anyone more than I have to look at you. Make me able to fix the eyes of my heart in you and in your instructions.

Father, I am choosing to walk with you today and forever like a child clinging in his parents’ arms. With a smile in my heart, let me start the day committing my works for your glory and honor. Inspire me with your Holy Spirit that I may be able to discern and to understand that without you my life would be empty and meaningless. Lord, if it’s your will you can rebuke the storms of problems assaulting my life and may you turn any trials and sufferings into a calming wind that will keep the sailing smooth and peaceful. The plain water of my present hurts and pains you will turn into wine of happiness in my glorious end. In your name’s sake I am gladly lifting my prayer. Amen.
