Let Us Pray No. 349

  • December 15, 2023

Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. (Matthew 18:15 NKJV)

Abba, Lord God, You provide everything we need, not just to live peacefully but also to reach spiritual maturity. You gave us our brothers and sisters to be with us in our journey. We must walk side-by-side despite our differences and weakness that, at times, cause discord among us. Father, we pray to help us accept our differences like how You accepted us. May we learn how to deal with each other with love and understanding. We may mistakenly commit faults against one another due to our individual weaknesses. However, please correct our minds to see that conflicts caused by anyone are not enough reason for our brotherhood to be broken. Rather, they are opportunities to strengthen our bond. May none of us be disheartened due to the pain inflicted by any of our brothers or sisters. May we all learn how to fully forgive those who sinned against us. May we let go and set aside all things burdening us in our journey, including hard feelings against anyone. May we be free from all hatred, so we may serve You acceptably. We believe You will hear this prayer for the preservation of harmony among us, Your children. Amen.
