But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8 NKJV)
Abba, God our Father, the Owner of our souls, we simply want to thank You for all Your kindness to us. We thank You for we can do nothing to repay all the good things You have done to us. Even if we gave our bodies as a living sacrifice, it will not amount to the love You have dedicated to us. There is absolutely no reason for You to come in the flesh and die for the sake of our salvation. In fact, You will remain as King of kings and Lord of lords even if we all end up in damnation. Despite that, You still chose to take us with You to live in eternity. You gave us the forgiveness of our sins through every wound sustained and every blood spilled out from Your body. As the nails pierced through Your hands, You opened Your arms to welcome us in Your kingdom. As they placed the crown of thorns on Your head, You crowned us with honor and glory. As Your body was drained of all blood, You cleansed our souls to be raised and walk in the newness of life. Jesus, our God, we can use no exact word to describe how wonderful is Your love for us. So, again, we can simply say, “Thank You.” Thank You our one and only God and Savior, Christ Jesus. Amen.
