Abba, God Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, the Father of all lights, Your light shines forever and will never dim. You created light so we can clearly see what is in the dark. You created the sun that gives light on earth so we can see and be amazed by Your wonderful creatures. You created the moon and the stars for a beautiful night sky. Our former lives were spent in doing things against Your will. Therefore, our hearts were filled with darkness, making us unable to see the beauty of Your holiness. It drenched us in confusion and sorrow. But then, You came to us and went straight into our hearts. You filled us with Your glorious light. After that, our perspective in life changed. Our hearts are always filled with peace and joy. We can now see the goodness behind what seems to be misfortunes. We can now clearly see the works You have done in us, bringing us to a better and brighter future. You lighted our paths so we can walk on the ways of Your holiness towards eternal life. Your light showed us how deep and vast is Your love. God, we thank You for shining Your light in our hearts. We pray to please stay shining in us until the very end of our lives. Amen.
