Let Us Pray No. 327

  • November 23, 2021

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. (1 Thessalonians 5:15)

Abba, Holy Father, the perfect God, Your kindness never changes and will never ever change. Even though many times, You see us giving in to weakness and sinning and fall short of Your glory, You always forgive us and show us nothing but Your loving-kindness. You never render us damnation. Instead, You reprimand us, so we may continue walking in righteousness. Father, like You, may we, Your children, never render evil to anyone who sin against us. An evil act will never correct another evil act. So, even if we are hurt, may we learn to only render kindness to those who sinned against us. By this, we believe our lights will shine brighter as Your children. Likewise, we will give You honor in front of many sinners and they will be encouraged to believe and submit themselves to You. You called us for good works. May we live in all good works. We believe the Almighty God, Christ Jesus, will hear us. Amen.
