“And all Judah rejoiced at the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and sought Him with all their soul; and He was found by them, and the LORD gave them rest all around.” 2 Chronicles 15:15

Abba, our great God, our Most High King, you lavished us with your lovingkindness. Today, as in everyday of our lives, we continuously, conscientiously and wholeheartedly seek you. Our heart’s desire is to experience your presence in our whole person. We seek and we shall find you. It is not that we are uncertain if shall find you. You are always in our midst, for those who submits themselves to your kingship. You do not have pleasure if we give ourselves half-heartedly. You want us to fully surrender to you. It is all or nothing at all. Our seeking is with our trusting hearts, our minds, will and our affection towards you. Certainly, Lord, you will show yourself to us to our delight. We shall always see your awesome beauty of holiness and bountiful kindness which give us eternal bliss and lasting peace. These we cannot seek and find in the world. Those which are in this world are finite and thus shall end, because they are separated from you. You are infinite in power, wisdom, holiness, righteousness and all other characters which when seen from afar can provide heavenly delight. The rainbow, somehow, characterize you with all the perfect colors of it bundled into one awesome beauty which not only gives hope after the stormy weather but a promise crowning glory for those who will follow and commit and themselves to worship and serve you as the only true, living  and perfect God. Abba, we can find rest of our souls in you only day and everyday and until eternally, rest shall we enjoy from you. Thank you Lord, God for the blessings of your Spirit in us. Amen
