Abba, Almighty God, we are yours because you have created us. You own us because you bought us with your blood, gave your life for us. We are yours because we chose us to be your children. Even before the beginning, before we were created, your plans for us are marvelous. We cannot comprehend how great are your ways to bless us not only in this life but also in the next life. Right now, you are transforming us to become holy. You mold us with your teachings, as if we are clay in a potter’s hands. You have separated from the rest of your creations. You distinguished us to become your perfect image in holiness and righteousness, in justice and in mercy. The changes that happened in us are awesome. They not only give us the pleasure to see you in ourselves, but to experience you in our soul daily. We delight to follow your direction. We enjoy hearing your words. We grow deeper in love with you when we meditate on your precepts and do them in our daily walk. Lord, please refresh our spirit daily with your spirit. Let us feast on the fruit of your Holy Spirit. Daily, give us the portion of your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control that we may live according to your will. Amen
